By accessing this website or making a purchase, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site. Custom Orders & Product Information 

All wallpaper and related goods are made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of each item, slight variations in color or scale may occur depending on screen settings, lighting, and material selection. Sample swatches are strongly recommended prior to purchasing full rolls, as colors and textures may appear differently in person. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Order Processing & Fulfillment 

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Production time for custom wallpaper is typically 4–6 business days. Once production is complete, tracking details will be provided. Estimated delivery times are additional and vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Returns, Exchanges & Inspection Policy 

Because every wallpaper order is custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted — unless there’s a manufacturing defect or the item was damaged in transit. Please note that Ali Anni is not responsible for returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements or changes of heart after ordering.

To ensure a smooth experience, you must lay out the full print on the floor and inspect it within ten (10) calendar days of delivery. If there’s any concern, please reach out with clear photos of the full print unrolled, along with close-up images of any damage or irregularities. Refunds or replacements can only be considered when installation has not yet begun. Failure to report defects within this 10-day window constitutes acceptance of the product as-is.

Important Installation Disclaimer:  Wallpaper that has been partially or fully installed cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — as installation methods vary and affect the condition of the product. Ali Anni is not responsible for any costs associated with installation or removal of the product, including professional installer fees, nor for any damage to walls or surfaces resulting from the application or removal of our products.

Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in USD. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms. Any promotional discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.

Intellectual Property 

All artwork, product designs, patterns, graphics, and content featured on alianni.com are the intellectual property of Alexandra Poulson of Ali Anni. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss 

Shipping is currently available within the United States. Orders ship from the production facility in Mesa, Arizona via USPS or FedEx. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ali Anni is not liable for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. All items purchased from Ali Anni are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In no case shall Ali Anni, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
