Input Returns and Exchanges Information Below. 

I understand how important every detail is when you're designing a space. If something isn’t quite right with your wallpaper, I’ll do my best to make it right. Because each order is made just for you, returns are limited—but my policy is designed to be clear, fair, and supportive of your work, so you can focus on creating beautiful, meaningful spaces with confidence. 

To be eligible for a return:

• Wallpaper must be in unused, uncut, and undamaged condition.
• All items must be returned in their original, sellable packaging.
• A return request must be made within 30 days of your order date.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt). 

If you have any concerns or questions before starting a return, I’m always happy to help. 

What is not eligible for a return:  

• Custom or made-to-order wallpaper
• Sample swatches
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, cut, altered, or damaged
• Gift cards or gift certificates 

How to initiate a return:  

To start a return, please email me at aliannidesign@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If your request meets the return eligibility, I’ll review it and send you detailed instructions along with a prepaid shipping label if approved. 

Please package your item securely, including all original materials. Returned items must be in new, resellable condition to qualify. 

Return Options

For approved returns, store credit is issued. 

• For returns of items in new, unused condition, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit. 

• If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered. 

If Something Isn’t Right

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Issues will be addressed promptly to ensure satisfaction. 

Legal Disclaimers: 

Ali Anni reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated return conditions.  

Responsibility for lost or damaged items during return shipping lies with the sender unless the provided prepaid return label is used. 

Ali Anni is not liable for any loss or damage beyond the original purchase price. 

This policy complies with all applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 

Installation & Removal Disclaimer 

Please note: any costs, damages, or issues that arise during the installation, removal, or reinstallation of wallpaper are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes—but isn’t limited to—fees for professional services, tools or materials used, or any damage to walls, paint, finishes, or surfaces caused in the process. 

Proper surface prep and following installation instructions carefully is essential. Hiring a wallpaper installer—especially one experienced with peel-and-stick or traditional methods—is highly recommended for best results. Decisions around installation methods are left to the customer’s discretion. 

All wallpaper should be carefully inspected before installing. Once installed, altered, or damaged, it’s considered accepted. Because of the custom nature of each order, refunds or reimbursements can’t be offered for dissatisfaction after installation.
