Wallpaper & Samples | Final Sale

All Ali Anni wallpaper is custom printed to order, including Peel & Stick, Luxe Peel & Stick, and Luxe Traditional. For this reason, all wallpaper and sample purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect measurements or quantity ordered
• Incorrect wallpaper material or panel height selected
• Changes of mind after placing an order
• Color differences due to screen settings, lighting, or personal preference
• Installation errors or improper wall preparation
• Wallpaper that has been cut, altered, or installed

We highly recommend ordering samples before purchasing full wallpaper panels to ensure you're happy with the color, design, and material in your own space.

Please note that slight color variations may occur between samples and full wallpaper orders, as well as between separate print batches. For the most consistent results, we recommend ordering all panels needed for your project at the same time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives beautifully, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen!

Please inspect all wallpaper panels before cutting or installing. If you notice any damage, printing concerns, or incorrect panels, please reach out before beginning installation.

If your wallpaper arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can help make things right.

Once your concern has been reviewed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or store credit.

Reporting concerns promptly helps us address issues as efficiently as possible. This reporting window does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Approved Claims & Resolutions

Because all Ali Anni wallpaper is made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect wallpaper, we offer store credit or a reprint only, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

• Store Credit: Approved store credit will be issued for the affected item(s).
• Reprints: If your wallpaper arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement may be provided at no additional cost.
• Return Shipping: If we require an affected item to be returned, Ali Anni will cover the return shipping costs.
• Approved Exceptions: In the rare event that we approve a return for an item that arrived as ordered and in new condition, return shipping costs may be deducted from the issued store credit.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us and receiving approval and return instructions first.

Installation & Removal Disclaimer

Please note: Any costs, damages, or issues that arise during the installation, removal, or reinstallation of wallpaper are the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, professional installation fees, tools or materials used, and damage to walls, paint, finishes, or other surfaces resulting from improper installation or removal.

Proper surface preparation and carefully following the provided installation instructions are essential. Hiring an experienced professional wallpaper installer is highly recommended for the best results.

All wallpaper should be carefully inspected before installation. If you notice any damage, printing concerns, or incorrect panels, please contact Ali Anni before cutting, altering, or installing the wallpaper.

Once wallpaper has been installed, claims relating to incorrect measurements, material selection, color preferences, or installation errors are not eligible for refunds or reimbursements.

Ali Anni is not responsible for installation or reinstallation labor costs arising from customer installation errors.
